Frequently Asked Questions

No, as of 14 February 2023, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required to enter Fiji. Please refer to Sherpa for the latest information.  

No, children under 16 years old do not require a COVID-19 vaccination to enter Fiji. Please refer to Sherpa for the latest information. 

Visitors no longer need any COVID-19 test to enter Fiji. Please refer to Sherpa for the latest information.  

If you are unable to travel for a reason relating to COVID-19, your booking can be amended to new dates or placed into credit. Refer to our Peace of Mind Guarantee in our Terms and Conditions for more detail or contact your My Fiji consultant to discuss your options.  

f you exhibit COVID-19 symptoms whilst in Fiji, you should take a RAT or PCR test. If you test positive, you will need to self-isolate in your resort for five days. For those staying at a Care Fiji Commitment property, you should alert your resort’s Wellness Ambassador, who will have plans and procedures in place to help you isolate comfortably in your resort.  

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance before travelling overseas, so that if COVID-19 impacts your holiday, you will be covered. Please contact your My Fiji consultant to discuss insurance options.
