Half Board cannot be used in the Kapiti Ice Cream and New Zealand Natural Ice Cream outlets, Tappoo’s Talei Shop.

Maximum Capacity is 100, however transfers can only take 62 maximum at any given sitting. Additional transfer capacity can be provided on application
Children under 8 years of age are not permitted on Cloud 9. It should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A mandatory fuel surcharge will apply to guests travelling to Cloud 9 from 8 May 2026, due to a significant rise in fuel costs. The surcharge is payable directly by guests to Cloud 9 upon check-in for their tour.
The surcharge amount is FJD$10 per person. This surcharge has been introduced to help offset increased operating costs and will remain in place until further notice.

Cancellation Charges
