Important Flight Information: Fiji Airways has advised that it will temporarily suspend its direct Canberra (CBR) to Nadi (NAN) service, with the final direct flight scheduled to operate on 31 January 2027. As a result, guests travelling from Canberra on or after 1 February 2027 will be required to travel via Sydney, which is expected to result in an additional airfare surcharge of approximately $350 per person*. This operational change has been made solely by Fiji Airways as part of its network planning and aircraft deployment strategy and is outside of My Fiji’s control. My Fiji is not responsible for this airline decision, however we will continue to assist affected guests with their travel arrangements.

Flights from Adelaide, Cairns and Canberra will be via Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Subject to promotional fare availability. *Transfers
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A mandatory fuel surcharge will apply to Malolo Cat transfers from 11 May 2026, due to a significant rise in fuel costs. The surcharge is payable directly by guests to Malolo Cat upon check-in for their transfer.

The surcharge amount is FJD$15 per adult for each one-way transfer.

This surcharge has been introduced to help offset increased operating costs and will remain in place until further notice.

*Accommodation
Please Note: Due to changing transfer and flight schedules, some flights may not connect directly to your island resort. A minimum of 2.5 hours is required from arrival into Fiji, and a minimum of 4 hours is required when departing from an Island Resort or 2.5 hours when departing from Denarau. If your flight arrives or departs outside these recommended connection times, guests may need to upgrade to a water taxi or stay overnight in Nadi or Denarau, which is not included in the package price. Our consultants can arrange a pre- or post-stay at any hotel of your choice, with our preferred options being the Fiji Gateway Hotel, Tokatoka Resort or The Palms Denarau. Please ensure you have checked transfer times to avoid any issues, or contact one of our travel consultants for assistance.

Cancellation Charges
