Eligible MyFiji bookings receive up to 8 consecutive days of complimentary parking at Canberra Airport when booking a Fiji holiday package departing Canberra between 1 September 2026 and 31 July 2027.

The offer is valid for one standard passenger vehicle per booking and applies to both indoor and outdoor parking. A single-use parking code will be issued after verification and must be used to pre-book parking before the offer end date.

Important Flight Information: Fiji Airways has advised that it will temporarily suspend its direct Canberra (CBR) to Nadi (NAN) service, with the final direct flight scheduled to operate on 31 January 2027. As a result, guests travelling from Canberra on or after 1 February 2027 will be required to travel via Sydney, which is expected to result in an additional airfare surcharge of approximately $350 per person*. This operational change has been made solely by Fiji Airways as part of its network planning and aircraft deployment strategy and is outside of My Fiji’s control. My Fiji is not responsible for this airline decision, however we will continue to assist affected guests with their travel arrangements.

Complimentary kids club for kids (3-12 years​ inclusive)*
Kids aged 0-3 years eat for free from kids menu or buffet when accompanied by paying adults. Kids aged 4-12 years have special kids menu or get 50% off on normal menu when accompanied by paying adults​.

*Children attending Kids Club must be checked in and out by parents. No meals are given to children during the day however water will be provided. Some optional activities may incur a charge. 0-2 years are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Babysitting is available at an additional cost.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
