Advertisement Retractions, Corrections & Acknowledgements

At My Fiji, we offer a wide range of exclusive holiday packages and advertise these at a national and international level.

While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we have to retract, correct and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The ad that ran in Body + Soul on Sunday 13th October 2024 incorrectly advertised a one bedroom suite, rather than a standard Garden View, and the Bonus Value was advertised as $1100 rather than $1900. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Radisson Blu Resort Fiji holiday package (Deal code: MYF-5592) advertised in our press ad in Sydney Sun Telegraph on Sunday 18th August 2024 incorrectly advertised the bonus value was $1750 when it is $1400. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Nakelo Treasure Island Resort holiday package (Deal Code: MF-42816) advertised in our press ad in Brisbane Sunday Mail from 30th June 2024 was expired and not on the website, and therefore is not bookable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Crowne Plaza 7-day holiday package (Deal Code: MF-46019) promoted on our website on 21 June 2024 incorrectly advertised there was availability for this package. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
