Credit amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa teatments at the resort.
* Credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account.
* Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restuarants and spa.
* Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or toward any watersports/activities or any other third party. E.g Tours
* IMPORTANT: If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

*Child Policy
Maximum two children 12 years and under per room staying and sharing room with parent(s) stay for no additional charge. Children 12 years and under, sharing room with parents, eat all meals free from the Nukunuku Buffet Restaurant from 12.00pm – 2.30pm and Children’s buffet dinner from 5.30pm-6.30pm. Maximum two kids per family per room. Complimentary supervised kid’s club for children 5-12 years. Available daily from 10.00am – 12.00pm, 1.00pm – 5.30pm and 6.30pm – 10.00pm (Younger children must be accompanied by guardian or babysitter to gain access to the Kid’s club).

Bonus Value
The Bonus Value offered is up to the maximum amount available per eligible package and is determined by the point of departure as follows:

Ex Brisbane: from $2099 pp, up to $400 Bonus Value, valued at up to $2299 pp
Ex Gold Coast: from $2099 pp, up to $800 Bonus Value, valued at up to $2499 pp
Ex Cairns: from $2099 pp, up to $800 Bonus Value, valued at up to $2499 pp
Ex Melbourne: from $2149 pp, up to $400 Bonus Value, valued at up to $2349 pp

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
