Accommodation
This resort credit can only be used at the owned and operated Outrigger outlets, namely all resort bars and restaurants (including room service), Bebe Spa (for massage and treatments only) and resort activities such as the Outrigger Adventure Park (Archery, Golf driving and Paintball), the weekly Cultural show and weekly Fire Walking cultural show etc. It cannot be used in any of the resort retail shops, boutiques or non-owned F&B outlets, nor can it be used on day tours booked through the Rosie’s Tour Desk etc.

*Child Policy
Kids Stay Free:
Kids aged between 3 – 12 years stay free when sharing a room with parents in existing bedding.
Kids Eat Free:
The ‘Kids Eat Free’ meals only apply to meals ordered from the children’s menus or the Resort’s Kids buffet (whichever is operational at the time of stay). Breakfast is from the main Resort buffet at Vale ni Kana restaurant.
‘Kids Eat Free’ lunch menus are only available in Baravi and Sundowner restaurants and dinner menus are available in Vale Ni Kana restaurant, Baravi restaurant and Sundowner restaurant only.

Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – Mastercard, Visa and American Express

Maximum Capacity is 100, however transfers can only take 62 maximum at any given sitting. Additional transfer capacity can be provided on application
Children under 8 years of age are not permitted on Cloud 9. It should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A mandatory fuel surcharge will apply to guests travelling to Cloud 9 from 8 May 2026, due to a significant rise in fuel costs. The surcharge is payable directly by guests to Cloud 9 upon check-in for their tour.
The surcharge amount is FJD$10 per person. This surcharge has been introduced to help offset increased operating costs and will remain in place until further notice.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges.
