Resort Credit:

Unused portion of the credit will not be refunded

Yasawa Island Resort is a beautiful, 30-minute scenic flight from Nadi International Airport. The resort’s airstrip is a short 7-minute complimentary transfer from the resort.

Schedule:
Nadi Airport – Yasawa Island: Daily 2pm, arriving 2:30pm
Yasawa Island Resort – Nadi Airport: Daily 2:50pm, arriving 3:20pm
Flight times are subject to change due to events beyond the resort’s control.

As Yasawa Island Resort operates and maintains its own private airstrip, it is a mandatory requirement that all transfers to and from the island are booked directly through the resort. Flight departure times are confirmed to guests on final payment prior to travel to Fiji. Flights can operate during daylight hours only.

Baggage Limitation. The baggage limit is 20kg per person (50lbs). Extra luggage is charged at FJD$5 per kilogram.

Air transfers to the resort are provided by an independent third-party provider, any delays due to bad weather or safety concerns are solely at the decision of the airline; the resort will not be held liable. Changes to aircraft as a result of bad weather, aircraft mechanical problems or any other reason may result in additional charges than originally charged. These charges will be the responsibility of the client.

We recommend arriving in Fiji a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to any scheduled domestic plane service. If you arrive less than 1.5 hours prior to the domestic flight then it does not allow enough time for flight delays, to disembark, clear immigration & customs and transfer to the domestic terminal. Flights must land no later than 12.30pm into Nadi in order to transfer to the domestic flight at 2pm. In the unfortunate case that the guests miss their connections, there will be no refund for missed night(s) on the island and any associated cost with alternative accommodation will need to be paid for by the guest. Guests missing their connection will be rebooked on the next available transfer at additional cost.

*Child Policy
Children 16 years of age and over are welcome at the resort all year around. Children 15 years of age and under are welcome during Family Weeks only. Family time is 4-19 April 2026, 4-19 July 2026, 26 September-11 October 2026, 19 December 2026-3 January 2027.
Infants aged 0-5 years stay are free of charge on a pull out bed.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
