Excited to share that we have completed the renovation of the Basilico Italian Restaurant. The newly refurbished restaurant is now available to guests to dine for dinner with an increase seating capacity of 100 compared to 58 previously.

The below facilities will continue with the phased renovations as planned;

FJD$500 Wine, dine & spa credit
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. Not applicable on split stays, credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account.  Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restaurants and spa. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or towards any watersports/activities or any other third party operators. E.g Tours. Changes and No Shows
No shows will be non-refundable and guests who are holding a confirmed booking and no show will be unable to book on any future date using the existing booking.
Amendment of date of Malamala Beach Club day trip up to 24 hours prior to departure can occur an unlimited amount of times at no additional charge.

You must add the name of the hotel into notes and tick manifest, so SSC knows where to pick your guests up from. Transfers are only included on the first visit; guests need to book additional transfers and visits directly with SSC.
The 7-day membership will start from the date of travel that it is entered in XPL regardless of how many days guests are in Fiji.
Please advise guests that if they want to book a non-My Fiji day (usually a day other than Monday or Wednesday) then they can but they will not receive the exclusive inclusions.

This immersive performing arts experience is set in the mythical Fijian underworld of ancient times. The story follows the journey of a young Fijian woman who traverses encounters some of Fiji’s most notorious characters from our age-old myths and legends.  Fiji Untold is performed by the world-famous, award-winning VOU Dance Company, this is a memorable experience not to be missed!

If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses the client may incur as a result.

Meet the Island Adventurers! With their skills combined, there is no problem they can’t solve! This fun team takes children with them on wild musical adventurers with their hilarious pet, Moko the lizard, and their wise advisory Lulu the owl. Come join the Island Adventurers as they go on a mission that takes them over rivers, through the forest, and even into mysterious caves! Along the way, children will learn interesting things and be invited to join in the singing and dancing fun!

The team of Island adventurers includes Talei who loves to learn and read, she is a mine of interesting information about a variety of things in the natural world. Sala is a strong, tough girl, she helps the team through tricky situations with her super-strength.

Suli is an innovative artist; his creative designs are helpful in times when the team needs to ‘think outside the box.’ Then there is Pate…. Ummmmm, yeah, there is Pate….. Pate is just a really nice guy! Pate is the heart of the team, the glue, the humor, the one that always has everyone’s back!

The Island Adventurers show is interactive, educational and hilarious! With all funky and original soundtracks for our mini-island adventurers to dance along with!

We hope that Island Adventurers will leave your children inspired to go on their own Island Adventure!
This show is for children aged 3-8 years.
Show runs on Thursdays and Sundays from 3-4pm.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
