Renovation Notice
We would like to provide you an update on the progress of the staged renovation of the resort, aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience.

Excited to share that we have completed the renovation of the below:
Basilico Italian Restaurant has undergone a complete refurbishment, expanding its seating capacity from 58 to 100, offering more guests the opportunity to indulge in our exquisite Italian menu.

Blu Bar & Grill Restaurant, has undergone a modern transformation that enhances its indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

Our newly refreshed Swim-Up Pool Bar is the perfect spot for guests to unwind and cool off in style. Renovation highlights include sleek finishes and contemporary touches, enhancing the poolside experience, guests can enjoy improved in-pool seating and streamlined access to their favorite cocktails and sip on signature tropical drinks crafted to complement the resort’s vibrant island ambiance.

1. Kids Club: Renovation extended to the end of February, 2025
   • Currently operating in a temporary venue and we will continue offering the full range of resort and kids activities range of resort and kid’s activities.
2. Lobby Renovations: Renovation extended to the end of February, 2025
   • Comprehensive upgrade and extension of the Lobby Space.
   • Staggered in 3 phases with contemporary and avant-garde designs

All services available at reception continue to operate normal such as reception desk, concierge services, guest relations, tour desk and shops.

*FJD$650 Wine, Dine & Spa Credit
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. Not applicable on split stays, credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restaurants and spa. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or towards any watersports, activities or any other third party operators including tours. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

*Child Policy
Up to two children eat free for lunch and dinner from the kids menu with a full paying adult at selected restaurants (one paying adult per free child). All other additional children are 50% off kids menu.
Up to 2 Kids aged 4-12 years play for free at morning sessions only at Blu Banana Kids Club.
Up to two children stay free in existing bedding.

*Sleeping Giant Zipline
Inclusions:

• Return hotel transfers
• Unlimited zips (7 ziplines)
• Deli sandwich burger, fruits and a cool drink
• Jungle safari walk to the waterfall
• Swim at the riverside

Hotel transfer pickups begin from 7am.

Participants should be able to walk short to medium distances on well-maintained trails, walk up approximately 20 trail stairs and have an adventurous attitude about soaring to heights of over 100ft!

Participants under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*Cloud 9 Experience
Inclusions:

• Return hotel transfers
• Return sea transfer to and from Cloud 9 from Denarau Marina.
• $60.00 bar tab per person. Redeemable for food and drinks, or merchandise (Non-refundable or redeemable for cash)

Boat departs Denarau Marina at 9:15am and returns by 2:00pm.

Tour is subject to availability as there is a maximum number of guests.

Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
No external food and drinks are allowed.

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on Cloud 9. It should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
