If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

Please note: Tours require minimum numbers to operate, whereby tour schedules change, My Fiji reserves the right to offer a similar alternative tour in lieu of original inclusion. Tour will not run between 10 Nov and 12 Dec 2025. Guests will need to choose an alternative tour if travelling between these dates.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
