Renovation Notice

Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa is undergoing a phased opening with most facilities now open. Renovations are still ongoing. The fitness centre, Mareqeti Spa and the Kids Club are operational in a temporary location.

The resort will continue renovations moving into 2025, and will eventually boast 324 rooms and a total of 7 swimming pools. Disruption to guests is expected to remain minimal. Whilst every care as been taken to ensure timeframes are accurate, delays can sometimes occur during renovations and these dates may be extended. *FJD$650 Wine & Dine Credit
Wine & Dine Credit – This amount is credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food and beverage at the resort. Credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars & restaurants and room service. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or toward any watersports/activities or any other third party. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

*Cloud 9 Excursion
Inclusions:
• Return hotel transfers
• Return sea transfer to and from Cloud 9 from Denarau Marina.

Boat departs Denarau Marina at 9:15am and returns by 2:00pm.

Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
No external food and drinks are allowed.

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on Cloud 9. It should be noted that Cloud 9 is a bar, where people drink alcohol and can smoke.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
