Resort Opening – Notice – Resort includes a phased opening with most facilities open from 1 April 2024. During this initial phase there will be selective availability of restaurants, bars, and certain facilities as we gradually enhance and perfect our offerings. Additionally, guests may notice ongoing construction activities as we work tirelessly to create an environment that exceeds guests’ expectations. Based on the phased opening, below is the list of facilities available as we progress:

Wine & Dine Credit – This amount is credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food and beverage at the resort. Credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars & restaurants and room service. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or toward any watersports/activities or any other third party. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

Children under 4 years no charge using existing bedding no charge for infant breakfast.

Children 2 years and under are free of charge. Baby car seat costs for infants is FJD23.50. Costs must be pre-collected from clients and prebooked at time of the tour booking.

Cancellation within 24hours prior to pick up or no show will incur 100% cancellation fees. Cancellation outside of 24hours, no charges apply.

The tour requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate, a change of day/time may be required closer to the travel date. All guests will be promptly notified and amended accordingly.

*VOU Fiji Untold Live Performance Show

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
