While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we have to retract, correct and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa holiday package (Deal code: MF-51811) advertised in our press ad in Sydney Sun Telegraph on Sunday 09 February 2025 and in Melbourne Age on Saturday 08 February 2025 incorrectly advertised the room type was a guaranteed upgraded One King Pool View Ground Floor when it is a Two Double Garden View Balcony Room. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The ad that ran in Body + Soul on Sunday 13th October 2024 incorrectly advertised a one bedroom suite, rather than a standard Garden View, and the Bonus Value was advertised as $1100 rather than $1900. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Radisson Blu Resort Fiji holiday package (Deal code: MYF-5592) advertised in our press ad in Sydney Sun Telegraph on Sunday 18th August 2024 incorrectly advertised the bonus value was $1750 when it is $1400. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
