Maximum two children 12 years and under per room staying and sharing room with parent(s) stay for no additional charge. Children 12 years and under, sharing room with parents, eat all meals free from the Nukunuku Buffet Restaurant from 12.00pm – 2.30pm and Children’s buffet dinner from 5.30pm-6.30pm. Maximum two kids per family per room. Complimentary supervised kid’s club for children 5-12 years. Available daily from 10.00am – 12.00pm, 1.00pm – 5.30pm and 6.30pm – 10.00pm (Younger children must be accompanied by guardian or babysitter to gain access to the Kid’s club).

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
