Sacred Islands

A big BULA welcome from our crew followed by lunch on board as you enjoy the breathtaking backdrop of the Sacred Islands. The remainder of today is spent enjoying these idyllic tropical islands – swimming, snorkelling and relaxing. Fiji style high tea is served following a cooking lesson on how to make ‘Roti in Lolo’. Watch the sunset during happy hour and try your hand at the coconut bowls competition. Join the Captain for dinner this evening welcoming the new arrivals on board. A delicious a la carte menu followed by entertainment provided by our talented crew.

ANCHORAGE: SACRED ISLANDS

Blue Lagoon

Fiji Princess will cruise on to the next destination – the famed Blue Lagoon! Our destination is Blue Lagoon Cruise’s very own private island beach. Many activities are available including a guided snorkelling trip visiting four sites in the lagoon. *Diving available. Happy hour on shore with canapés is served followed by a very special night enjoying a traditional Lovo meal cooked underground. Dine on the beach under the coconut palms and the tropical stars. The evening will continue with Fijian meke, singing, dancing and story telling by local villagers.

Sawa-i-Lau Island

An easy guided island walk with panoramic views is offered this morning. Visit an island style cake shop and browse the shell market, try basket weaving, Fijian woodcarving or *Diving for the experienced and first time divers. A guided safari snorkeling trip is also on offer today. Lunch is served on board as Fiji Princess cruises north where a private guided visit to the Sawa-i-Lau caves can be experienced. The village of Tamasua, a yaqona ceremony, a guided walk around the village and a village style “feast” prepared and cooked by the village women is next on the agenda. You will be Fijian for the night, sitting on the mats, eating Fijian village food. The village will share their culture and home with us for the evening.

Drawaqa Island

Fiji Princess is bound for Drawaqa Island where our Marine Biologist steps on board to educate us about the local fish, marine life and the volunteer conservation work carried out in the area. During May to October you will have the opportunity to snorkel with the magnificent manta rays. There are two other unique activities on offer today. An excursion to the local island school to view the work of the Vinaka Fiji Volunteers. For those active guests, abseiling off an island cliff top down to stunning waters is a great option! Dinner this evening is a barbecue served under the stars! Party night Fiji style.

Port Denarau

Enjoy breakfast onboard as Fiji Princess cruises back toward our final destination of Port Denarau. Along the way you will be serenaded with a traditional Isa Lei farewell song by the crew, as your exploration of the beautiful Yasawa Islands comes to an end.

Cabin Facilities
The cabins are all air-conditioned and are well appointed. Each cabin has its own ensuite, ample storage space, DVD/TV system, vanity table, hair dryer, soft towels and fragrant soaps. All cabins are above the waterline and the two upper decks feature large windows with ocean views. (Voltage as Australia / New Zealand).

Hibiscus Deck (cabins averaging 11sqm): All cabins have external windows. Situated on lower deck.
Orchid Decks (Cabins averaging 13sqm): All cabins have external windows. Top & Middle Levels of ship.

Gratuities: Blue Lagoon Cruises proudly sponsors and supports the work of the charitable organisation ‘Vinaka Fiji Trust’ and the excellent work it does in the villages of the Yasawa Islands. Rather than a gratuity payment, Blue Lagoon Cruises invites guests to join them in supporting Vinaka Fiji by allowing the DONATION
that will be automatically added to their account at the end of their stay to remain. Guests will have the chance to decline it or alter the amount. The DONATION AMOUNTS that will be shown will be FJ$100 per cabin for 3 & 4 day cruise guests / FJ$150 per cabin for 7 day cruise guests.

Family Cruise Departures: Child age 5 to 13 years inclusive – child rate based on 2 children sharing or 1 child and 1 adult sharing. Single child in own cabin is at full adult rate. Children under 5 years free – based on triple share cabin.

Cancellation Charges
