Eligibility:

  1. Whilst stocks last, the bonus bottle of Rum Co of Fiji Ratu Signature Blend Rum Giveaway (“Gift”) is open to individuals only who purchase a qualifying Fiji holiday package from the Promotor during the Promotion Period and otherwise comply with these terms (“Promotion”).
  2. Ignite Holidays Pty Ltd trading as My Fiji (“My Fiji”) is the Promotor.
  3. The Gift is provided by the Promotor’s related entity Ignite Travel Group Pty Ltd under its QLD Liquor Licence No. 252152.
  4. The Promotion is available only to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.
  5. The Promotion is valid for new bookings made directly with My Fiji during the promotional period (as specified below) and strictly whilst stocks last.

Promotion Period:

  • The Promotion starts at 01.05.2025 and ends 31.05.2025 (“Promotion Period”) unless extended or terminated earlier by My Fiji.
  • Bookings made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

How to Participate:

  1. To qualify for the Gift customers must:
    • Purchase a qualifying Fiji holiday package with My Fiji
    • The Gift will then (subject to availability) be provided at no additional cost upon confirmation of the booking and payment.
  2. A digital voucher will be delivered to the customer’s email address on Tuesday 10th June 2025. Customers can select Click and Collect or walk in-store to redeem Gift. For delivery of Gift, delivery fees will apply at the customer’s own expense.
  3. Limit of one Gift per booking.

Gift Details:

  • The Gift will consist of one (1) bottle of Rum Co of Fiji Ratu Signature Blend Rum Liqueur (700ml)
  • The Gift is strictly subject to availability in customer’s local store.
  • The Gift will only be delivered within Australia. International addresses are not eligible for delivery. Home delivery will be at the customer’s own expense.
  • The customer must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older) in order to redeem Gift. My Fiji reserves the right to both verify the recipient’s age before sending the Gift Voucher.

Exclusions:

  1. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  2. The Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  3. The Gift applies only to the specified Fiji packages and is not valid for any other services, tours, or products.

Booking and Payment Terms:

  1. A valid credit card or other accepted payment method must be provided at the time of booking.

Privacy and Data Use:

  1. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in My Fiji’s privacy policy.
  2. My Fiji may contact customers via email or phone to confirm the booking and arrange for the Gift Voucher to be sent.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift, including without limitation as a result of receiving the Gift, any allergies or adverse reactions, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), any Gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.

Amendments to the Terms:

  1. My Fiji reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any amendments will be communicated through My Fiji’s official website and/or direct communication with customers.

Governing Law:

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
