TRANSFERS INFO
PLEASE NOTE: Due to changing transfer and flight times, some flights may not connect straight through to your resort. A minimum of 2.5 hours is needed from arrival into Fiji* and A minimum of 4 hours is needed from departure of an Island Resort or 2.5 hours from Denarau*. If your flight arrives outside of these times guests will either have to upgrade to a water taxi or overnight in Denarau. This is not included in the package price. Please check the transfer times to ensure you are booked correctly or call one of our Travel agents for assistance.

Book a My Fiji holiday before 31 May and receive a complimentary bottle of RATU Signature Rum Co. of Fiji. Offer only applies to participating My Fiji campaign packages with a bottle of RATU Signature listed as a package inclusion. Customer will receive an email on 1 June with an e-gift card that entitles customers to redeem a bottle of RATU Signature at First Choice Liquor, ether in store or online via Click and Collect. Child Policy
Children are welcome at Musket Cove. Children under the age of 15 years are not permitted in the Beachfront Bures. Guests must be aware that the Island Villas and Lagoon Bures have an overwater veranda that may not be suitable for toddlers or younger children. Our beautiful island is surrounded by water and there are unfenced swimming pools and water all around, parents will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the risk.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
