Changes and No Shows
o No shows will be non-refundable and guests who are holding a confirmed booking and no show will be unable to book on any future date using the existing booking.
oAmendment of date of Malamala Beach Club day trip up to 24 hours prior to departure can occur an unlimited amount of times at no additional charge.

*Credit – This amount is credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa teatments at the resort.  Credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars & restaurants, Spa and room service. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or toward any watersports/activities or any other third party. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $300 per person.
