Includes Daily Scheduled Plane/Water Taxi from Nadi Airport to Royal Davui.

25 min fixed wing scheduled aircraft flight & 35min Water Taxi from Nadi Airport to/from Royal Davui Island. Flights must land no later than 2.45pm into Nadi in order to meet water taxi to the resort. All transfers must be completed before sunset (including boat). The Royal Davui transfer counter opens at 830 and 1430 respectively. The counter will not be staffed outside these times. Once you have cleared customs and immigration, please make your way to the Royal Davui Counter as indicated on the map no later than 45 mins prior your scheduled departure. Due to our remote location there is a strict 20kg (40lb) per person bag weight limit on luggage for the plane. Soft bags are recommended. Excess luggage fees apply. A number of excess luggage options are available. If guests know they will have excess luggage prior to arrival please contact the resort for options.

AIR SERVICES INFORMATION:

• Royal Davui utilises a number of providers and machine size is based on the number of guests travelling.
• Hibiscus Air, Sunflower, & Island Hoppers aircraft have a maximum individual passenger weight of 130kg. In addition, a maximum total aircraft weight restriction applies. We request that passengers 130kgs and over please contact us prior to travel at res@royaldavuifiji.com
• All air and sea transfers can only operate during daylight hours.
• There are no arrivals permitted at Royal Davui Island prior to 8am.
• Your booking includes only a seat on the plane/water taxi – it is not a private charter.
• In the case of inclement weather or technical/mechanical issues, the transport company reserves the right to arrange earlier or later pickups or departures as well as make alternative transfer arrangement whether by air or road/sea.
• In the event of all travel being cancelled altogether due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances accommodation will be arranged either on the mainland or on the resort. Conditions and meal charges apply for those unable to depart the resort due to cancelation of ALL Sea and Air transfers.
• Mainland accommodation will be at the expense of the guest and will need to be settled directly with the mainland hotel. A letter provided from Royal Davui Island Resort to be used for travel insurance claims.
• Royal Davui Island Resort is not responsible for guests failing to meet departing flights in time if Air services are cancelled or rescheduled and/or where alternative transfer means and times have been offered.

South Sea Cruises Resort Transfers Fuel Surcharge Levy

Customers travelling aboard South Sea Cruises services and products will be subject to the following fuel surcharges from Monday, 6th of June 2022 either at our Port Denarau check-in counter or upon boarding one of our vessels if a customer is travelling on an inbound sector.

• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Mamanuca Islands – F$15 per adult / F$7.50 per child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector. This payment is to be made direct to South Sea Cruises on arrival.
• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Yasawa Island Resorts (including Vomo) – F$25 per adult / F$15 child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector.

Payment: Customers travelling with us from Port Denarau will be asked to pay their applicable fuel surcharge for all future sectors booked whilst at check-in. Customers who are only travelling with us on an inbound sector from their island resort (or local community) will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding our vessels and before they return to Port Denarau. Customers can choose to either pay the fuel surcharge via cash, international debit, or credit card (noting that international cards do attract a 3% bank fee). South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

The price of fuel in Fiji is now (01 August 2022) at record levels some 63% ahead of prices as of June 2021 and continues to increase.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $300 per person.
