South Sea Cruises Resort Transfers Fuel Surcharge Levy

Customers travelling aboard South Sea Cruises services and products will be subject to the following fuel surcharges from Monday, 6th of June 2022 either at our Port Denarau check-in counter or upon boarding one of our vessels if a customer is travelling on an inbound sector.

• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Mamanuca Islands – F$15 per adult / F$7.50 per child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector. This payment is to be made direct to South Sea Cruises on arrival.
• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Yasawa Island Resorts (including Vomo) – F$25 per adult / F$15 child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector.

Payment: Customers travelling with us from Port Denarau will be asked to pay their applicable fuel surcharge for all future sectors booked whilst at check-in. Customers who are only travelling with us on an inbound sector from their island resort (or local community) will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding our vessels and before they return to Port Denarau. Customers can choose to either pay the fuel surcharge via cash, international debit, or credit card (noting that international cards do attract a 3% bank fee). South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

SeaFiji Resort Transfers Fuel Surcharge Levy

Customers travelling aboard a SeaFiji Transfer service will be subject to the following fuel surcharges from the 1st August 2022 either at our Port Denarau check-in counter:

• SFL ( Sea Fiji Link ) per passenger – FJD $25 per one way sector (Return bookings are $50 per passenger)
• Fast Boat and Private Fast Boat Transfers passengers travelling to/from Mamanuca Islands Properties per booking.
• FJD$75 – Region 2 Mamanuca Properties Lomani, Plantation, Musket Cove, Funky Fish, Six Senses, Tropica, Malolo, Likuliku, Castaway, Mana and Tadrai Island Resorts.

Payment: Customers departing from Port Denarau will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge at check-in all travel sectors. Customers inbound passengers from island resorts will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon arrival at the check in counter on return to Port Denarau. 3% bank fee applies to all international debit or credit cards transactions. Sea Fiji Limited reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

The price of fuel in Fiji is now (01 August 2022) at record levels some 63% ahead of prices as of June 2021 and continues to increase.

*FJ$500 Wine, Dine & Spa Credit (per room per stay)
Resort Credit FJD $500 is per room, per booking and applicable for Restaurant, Bar, Spa and Boutique. The credit cannot be used at any third party service providers not owned by the resort. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additonal amount is payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit. The amount provided to the guest on check-in will be credited to the guests account in local currency.
